Can Category:Jeff the Killer and Category:Jane the Killer be added together if both appear in the same story? I'm asking because Jane is a subcategory of Jeff, even though they are (TECHNICALLY) separate characters. I was thinking that, rather than Jane being a subcategory of Jeff, they could be basically two halves of the same whole category, with the "Jeff-Inspired" category being a subcategory of both (read: cannot be added on a page categorized as either Jeff or Jane).
Also, for stories where both characters appear (specifically stories where Jeff fights Jane), I was thinking of making a category called "Jeff vs. Jane" (which neither "Jeff the Killer" or "Jane the Killer" could be added to). Another category I would like to propose, which "Jeff vs. Jane" would be a subcategory, is "Battles" (or "X vs. X", or something of the like).
Actually, since Jane is a spinoff of Jeff, I feel we should keep it as a subcategory of Jeff the Killer, but still treat it as more or less its "twin category" (*COUGH*JanetheRecolor*COUGH*).
Hmm... Alright, how about we keep Jane the Killer as a subcategory of Jeff the Killer and only put stories about or involving Jeff that DON'T have anything to do with Jane in the Jeff the Killer category?
We could create a "Versus" category (I decided that was the best name for it) for pastas about two or more spinoff characters engaged in some kind of fight/conflict and make "Jane the Killer" a subcategory of it.
Baring in mind the possibility of a Jane story that does NOT involve her fighting Jeff, we could include in the category description "Almost always overlaps with both "Versus" and "Jeff the Killer", but not always."
I say keep 'em separate. Jane does actually have a few pastas where she never interacts with Jeff at all. 'course, those pastas were written by a person with a canine-based username who's been banned from the Creepypasta Wiki, so they'll probably never see the light of day on any pasta wiki... *shrug*
