Someone deleted it, and then they saw that the page was back up again.
This isn't that complicated, nor is it the end of your story. If you want it to go up and be read, all you have to do is improve it. Fix any typographical issues, if those are the reason it was deleted. If it was full of cliche's, go back and examine it from a reader's perspective, and look around the site at some other pastas if you need to.
The bottom line is that, whatever the reason, it did not meet the Quality Standards of the site. If you want to fix this, you and only you have the power to do so. The Quality Standards are quite thoroughly outlined on the QS page, which hopefully will be found rather helpful.
If, after all this, you still have absolutely no clue why it did not meet the Quality Standards, post it up here in the writer's workshop. I'm sure people will be happy to tell you where its shortcomings are and how to improve upon them.
