Inactivity guidelines for sysops/chat mods/RCaDC. These rules are supposed to be lenient because all edits/work on the wiki is voluntary. However, you are expected to do something, as a user with extended rights should. These guidelines should make it crystal-clear of what is expected.

Admin/SYSOP

After 3 months of inactivity, rights will be taken.

Rights may be requested back within one month of return with some activity.

After 1 month of returning, if rights are not requested back, they have to ask a bureaucrat on their talk page to be proposed in the Rights Interest board.

This may be extended if the Admin announces a long period of inactivity.

Short/Light editing, lurking around the wiki, and generally not doing much may count as inactivity. The admin in question can be given a warning of this, but the inactivity deadline may be extended due to circumstances.

Note: Admins need to be active, at least to an extent. Very short editing or lurking around the wiki may be considered inactivity, and the admin will be warned.

RCaDC Member

After 3 months of inactivity, rights will be taken.

Rights may be requested back within one month of return with some activity.

After 1 month of returning, if rights are not requested back, they have to ask a bureaucrat on their talk page to be proposed in the Rights Interest board.

This may be extended if the RCaDC member announces a long period of inactivity.

Note: RCaDC Members need to be almost as active as the admins. The wiki is in constant need of clean up, and 3 months should be enough time of inactivity.

Chat Moderator

After 1 month of inactivity, rights will be taken.

Rights may be requested back within 2 weeks of returning to the wiki. Afterward, they have to ask a bureaucrat on their talk page to be proposed in the Rights Interest board.

This can be extended if warning is given to an admin of a long period of inactivity.

Note: Chat mods need to be vigilant on chat during times when people use it. That's why they were given said rights.
