My old account was User:SoPretentious. Trying to get reinstated. Here's a link to the old application. There's a broken link to the article comment policy that just shows coding above the commenting section of stories.
What's on your mind?
I'm running for administrator. I'll add my contributions from Creepypasta. I'm a rollbacker over there, I have just about 6 months experience. I like checking stories for quality, and I once read all the video game pasta on the genre listing through the letter "I", helping to clean up the subpar storylines. I've never edited here, but I'll become active soon. From the looks of it, there's much work to be done here, and I have all the time in the world to contribute.

Let me first say that I understand this is very unorthodox, especially having read this page quite thoroughly... though, I'm not sure how current these standards are, as there's much housekeeping to be done on this wiki. That said, at the recommendation of an existing Bureaucrat, I'm requesting the rights for myself. I understand if this is thought to be unnecessary, and will hold no grudges for votes opposing.
As for my qualifications, since becoming RCaDC and Admin, I've clarified many of the category usage standards and site rules, updated many site-related pages that have been neglected so as to reflect the wiki's current standards, cleared out dozens of individual pastas that fell below the Quality Standards, emptied and finally removed the long-depreciated Death category (I'm still working on doing the same with other depreciateds like Original Content), and done my fair share keeping the chat orderly, back when it was still bustling.
If it's any further affirmation that I'm familiar with a wiki's structure and maintenance, I recently launched my own wiki, the Freepasta Wiki (pending inclusion as a CPW Network member), which has been modeled to reflect the same infrastructure and general guidelines of other network members such as this wiki. This was done from the ground up, without assistance from other staff members.
I believe I can do even more good for this wiki, and give my word that I shall be nothing but just if granted this opportunity. At the risk of being immodest, I think that, more than anyone else on this wiki, I excel at keeping a level head in times of conflict, addressing issues calmly and professionally, and showing no bias towards any group or individual under any circumstance.

Usually this would be waaaay too early, but ever since he received RCaDC, he has done a tremedous amount of work that makes me confident in his abilities. That, and I can say I think he needs it, since I am sure he has other plans for site cleanup here that could probably be easier done as administrator.
I don't think personally there is even a question.

Howdy. I am here to propose the second person to be promoted into RCaDC, and that is Xelrog. Why do I feel that he should be promoted? Although he has a low edit count, and hardly edits on articles, he always takes part in community discussions, and makes good suggestions based what the thread talks about. He has the capabilities for an administrator, to my eyes (and possibly to other users). And due to Goddy being promoted to an admin (despite his on and off inactivity that he vastly improved), if Xelrog perfects his activity a little bit, he would make a great RCaDC member. Why, probably even a great admin one day.
Deadline: August 2nd, 2014
I am proposing to promote GodzillaFan1, one of the RCaDC members to administrator status. He has not been too active, however, he has stated he will attempt to be moreso, and he has shown signs of doing so. He has made a fine contribution to the clean up of the wiki and I believe he would be well fit for admin status.
He has experience at Trollpasta in administration and a good understanding of quality, and he can take abuse.
I don't know if there is much else to add, but I believe he will make a good new addition to the admin team.
Deadline: July 29, 2014
Alright! First thread being posted that follows specific rules and regulations that allow admins to nominate other users for rules. This will be the first thread to show how this process should go, rather than having it all over the place.
The first user that I propose for a step-up to the RCaDC family is Godofmemez. Why do I feel that this user should be a RCaDC member? I can rely on him on being a hard worker on this site whenever he can be on. Whenever he had gotten rollback, he said that he will work hard on this site. To me, whenever he can, he kept that promise. But the only thing that will probably stand in the way was his inactivity lap. As long as it's not choppy, where he edits 5 times a day then stops for a few weeks, I can trust him with the right.
Leave your opinions on if he should deserve the right or not.
